First and foremost, our Company warrants satisfaction and guarantees that our products are free from defects and substantially conform to product specifications. This warranty and guarantee are applicable to all Company products, except for literature and promotional products, and will last for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
For your peace of mind, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to our Retail/Novus Customers. If, within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may either obtain a new replacement for any defective product or cancel the purchase, return the product, and obtain a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
Please note that in all cases, proper notice, proof of purchase, and timely return of the product is required to be given to the source of purchase. We reserve the right to reject repetitive returns.
If you acquire our products from or through our Company’s Webstore and subsequently return them for a refund, the profit and bonus that was disbursed will be charged back to the NetWave Member(s) who benefited from the sale, and the NetWave Member who made the purchase may no longer be Wholesale Qualified.
If you acquire our products from or through a NetWave Member, that member is primarily responsible for your satisfaction by exchanging the product or refunding your money. In the event of a dispute, our Company will determine the facts and resolve the issue. If cash is disbursed by our Company, the same will be charged back to the NetWave Member(s) who benefited from the product sale.
We also offer a buyback option for NetWave Members. If you terminate your business, we shall buy back any unsold, salable Company product, except literature, that you purchased within the previous twelve (12) months. To initiate this process, you must give us written notice of your intent to terminate your business and forgo all rights and privileges relating thereto.
